Tonite there are 2 women sitting in the alley with lawn chairs and letting their kids play in the alley like it is their private park because this person leaves gates open leading in from 33rd everyone from 33rd street use this alley even if they don't live at 840 this residence has a yard why aren't they sitting their unless they are not residents of this building
