The new sign advertising available space in the former Gennaros location is disgusting. It features a silouhette of a female figure advertising a "hot corner". It's clearly a cheap ploy, by desperate landlords to rent out the space to whatever trashy tenant they can get. This shows little concern for the resurgance and redevelopment of this neighborhood and only serves to lower the property value in and around this location. The place is a dump and an eyesore. It attracts trash and seedy people who like to hang out on that corner.
