Description
An accident happened here in August 2009 that caused a fatality. A huge fire melted the fence for the pedestrian walkway and it still hasn't been fixed. It's an eyesore and potentially dangerous if the fence fell on someone walking.

This repair item is on an Interstate ramp and therefore it falls under the Virginia Department of Transportation’s (VDOT) jurisdiction.
