The sewer grate on the NE corner of Crease and Wildey Sts. has had a foul odor coming out of it for months. I first reported the smell to Water and Sewer back in the fall of 2011, and they came out and sprinkled white powder into the storm drain. But this has not fixed the problem, and the foul odor remains.
