Description

Monday thru Friday from 4:45pm to 6pm, cars are constantly double parking in no parking rush hour right lane on 1600 block of Rhode Island Ave NW thus creating traffic backup down Rhode Island into 1700 block. They impede the flow of traffic. Please have ticketing agents patrol that area frequently. Thank you.
