Description

Lights were on flash at the bus station this morning, preventing anyone from safely crossing. The lights facing traffic were yellow so drivers didn't feel they needed to slow down or stop.

I've called 911 about these matters in the past and they refuse to notify traffic about this since the lights being on flash show that they were reset and are pending repair.

My concern here is that when this happens at the bus station, they're left on flash for the entire day. This is an area where the elderly and small children must cross the street. This situation is unacceptable. see video: http://youtu.be/ejGkQ8qKr28
