Yayy! GREAT news! The sooner that bldg comes down, the better! Looks horrible and it makes a dangerous traffic situation / corner even worse!

The building was an eyesore when occupied and now is not only an eyesore but a health issue. What is stopping the tear down of this ugly site in our beautiful community? Didn't the former owner have some responsibility for clean up of equipment left behind?

I saw a few actually running across Romeo and 21 just outside Fox Run. My house is right near there! NOT COOL. Last thing we need!

I must agree. The bldg. at the corner of 22Mile and Romeo Plank is not only an eye sore but a health issue. Who knows how many rodents and other creatures are living in the thing. Plus, it is a fire hazard! I thought Macomb County was a to be such a nice place to live...not when they allow something like that rat infested place to keep standing!
