Sharraxaadda

This is the 3rd summer for this house to be in the flipping stage, and it is the eysore of the Sardis Rd area. When giving people directions to our house, we just say, "We're the house next to the turret house on Sardis Road" and they say, "Oh yea, what's up with that house?" Not only is this the 3rd year of ongoing "dis"repair, it's on the 3rd owner in 3 years. Two summers ago, I got the Storm Water Department to threaten that summer's owner with fines until he put up mesh fencing to stop the runoff. The fencing on the street has since been driven into the mud by trucks and cars driving over it and muddy water again runs down the street when it rains. There is a Port=a=Jon on the front porch, a full dumpster in the yard, deck-high weeds in the back yard, and mud, weeds, rocks and runoff ditches in the front. Looking up the address of the CharMeck Real Estate Lookup website, this property is owned by Salvage Auto Supply LLC. We would love to have the property flip completed or have it torn down.
