Descripción

trash not in trash containers. Left in bags by back door permitting critters to rip open. This includes dirty diapers creating a public health hazard.

Darby Township was called twice regarding this residence's trash being thrown out their kitchen window and how they don't put it in containers. When they do put it in containers, it over-flows without lids and they don't put it across the driveway on trash days (not put out 7/17 or 7/20). The local rodent rats and mice will take care of it, since they ignore warnings from township officials.

This is still an on-going problem. It would appear that visits from Township Code enforcement aren't taken seriously. Yet another example of the decline of a neighborhood.
