The grass at this address has not been mowed since winter. To date, the grass is very tall and I have noticed vermin, including rats, in the grass when walking by. This corner is well-traveled by pedestrians and children in the neighborhood. Continuing to allow the grass to grow without being mowed presents a health hazard.
