Help. Our neighbor has started a car wash business at his house. He uses his house and the vacant house next to him to conduct his business. Normally I would say let the Neighborhood Patrol take care of it but the noise from the generator for a fresher washer has become unbearable. He used to wash cars on Saturdays and Sundays, but now it has become a daily affair. The noise is so loud that I can't talk on my phone or hear my TV. He's aware of the rules concerning noise control and home businesses. I'm asking that he stops the noise and conducting a business that disrupts the neighborhood. I'm requesting that I remain anonymous.
