Description
In front of the home being built at 5096 Country Trail, the builder has torn up the sidewalk, which makes it impossible to walk on. There are no crosswalks anywhere nearby, and that particular section of Country Trail is dangerous to cross due to the curve in the road obstructing the view of vehicles and people. They have also let the weeds grow up so tall that the sidewalk that is there is impassible.

City staff contacted the builder, Larry Lawrence from Lawrence Homes, and he is going to make the sidewalk accessible by installing plywood. This will be maintained until the driveway is installed. The builder can be reached at 919-528-7767.
We have also sent this to Housing Inspections for the reported issue of high weeds.
