Someone has to come and have this markers and tape move its on the right of way. By being there it makes it unsafe for runners, bikers or just people walking, it's pushing people to actually walk on the way of vehicles running the risk of being run over by a driver that is not paying attention to the road. It's understandable that this person wants to make money by parking cars now that we are a few days away from the fair but he is making it unsafe for pedestrians.
