There is an old broken basketball hoop installed on the 5400 block of Vicaris that has been that way for the 6 years I have lived here. The backboard is in half and the metal pole is rusting to the point where it is hanging over into the street. How can this be removed? It is installed between the sidewalk and street in the grass patch. (Cemented into the ground). Is this even legal to install?
