THE KURT STRAUSS BRIDGE NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT BY PENN-DOT SUPERVISOR .THE APPROACH EAST AND WEST HAS A TWO INCH RAISED PART WHICH IF NOT GOING 5MILE PER HOUR WILL THROW YOUR STEERING TO THE RIGHT .THIS PROBLEM WAS SUPPOSE TO BE LOOKED AT IN 2011 .PLEASE ADDRESS THE PROBLEM ASAP MY FAMILY AND YOURS DRIVES THESE ROADS.

Kid sized very loud dirt bike rode by what looks like a 10 year old boy. He is riding it up and down 8th Avenue on both sides of Lincoln Highway in Coatesville. About 10 adults are in view of the dirt bike and paying no attention at all to it. About15 minutes ago.
