I'm sorry, it was the Marty St underpass. I remembered it incorrectly on my ride on Friday but this morning realized that it was Marty St not Conser.

Parks crews checked out both locations you mentioned and the Marty bridge site will be cleaned off later today. Even though you clarified the location, city crews made sure that the Conser area was free of debris on the trail. That site was clean.

Thanks for reporting it. The city also has an online system on its website called Overland Park Cares. It even allows you to track progress. You may want to consider using it in the future. It is constantly monitored.
