Description

During construction on Grand Ave., all lanes split down to 2 w/ barriers in the ctr. People who are not locals don't know what they are doinga dn cause near accidents merging left at the last minute, PLUS lots of traffic is headed down the left lane, and there is always someone parallel parking on turning left before State, holding up traffic, and forcing people back into the ctr lane to go around them. I see no reason why those barriers couldn't be moved to form a 2nd left turn lane out onto the 2 lanes of State. Right now, it is a hazard.
