To whom this may concern:

I’m writing for concern for my sister Susan O’Brien who has been living in a boarding house.
The gentlemen that’s managing this house it’s over crowed.
It’s invested with bedbugs, some rooms that the tenant are staying don’t have doors on them.
For example the manager has one tenant sleeping in his office.
This is deplorable conditions. Someone need to go out and investigate.
