Description

I would love for Holyoke to have Soliciting Laws like Longmeadow, MA. posted along Northampton Streets, and Lower Westfield intersections, also near Barns & Noble. I get sick and tired of people running in front of cars for change holding up traffic. When the Cops comes they run and some get into brand new cars parked across the way. It is also an issue along Riverdale Road & Highland Avenue, West Springfield, MA. Please give it some thought.
