Garbage is on the levee side of Ascot Ave. freezer was originally from the house on the corner of Marysville and Fourth St. It's a small gray house, it has a gable tough shed to the right of the house. They moved out. The freezer was in their driveway and apparently grew legs and walked down to Ascot. If this place is a rental, you can find out who the owner is and fine them. The freezer was in their driveway for days before it ended up on Ascot. It's in the street and a car can easily it it as you make the corner onto Ascot.
