This is a report of illegal construction, but there's not an "issue" for that on the list. My residence is 3519 14th st NW and the construction is taking place directly next to us at 14th and Parkwood. I've been traveling extensively but I've heard from my neighbors that this is not the first time there's been an issue. The crew arrives at 6/6:30 prior to the legal 7am start. And they are LOUD. Not with construction work only, which I understand and am happy to tolerate during legal hours. But they are shrieking with laughter and yelling at each other about non-work related items. It's extremely disrespectful to the nearby residents. I will also contact the developer on the job but do expect that 311 will prove an effective method of reporting and that we will not have this issue again. Thank you very much.
