Not exactly a pothole, but equivalent in its effects on bicyclists. At the southwest corner of Central SE and Washington SE, the concrete octagons in the pavement for utility shutoff have deteriorated badly. Southbound bicycle traffic on Washington, when crossing the eastbound outside lane of Central, has to veer out into the southbound car lane on Washington to avoid hitting this. A bicyclist who hits the deteriorated area can lose balance and control of the bike as a result, so this is a safety hazard for bicyclists in several ways.
