House is vacant and surrounded by debris. The trash surrounding the house is now encroaching on the neighbors and public sidewalk. The rotting garage in the rear is dangerous for the neighborhood kids, whom I see climbing and playing in the yard. There is also a rodent problem originating from the house which is affecting the adjoining houses.
