Description
Once again this property is being ignored by whoever owns it being a bank or owner who previously lived there. It was only mowed the last time in a very sloppy way after it was reported. Why is it necessary to repeatedly report the maintenance issues of this property?

I wouldn't expect codes to do anything about that. It's mildly unsightly and far from codes-compliance -levels of neglect. Maybe you'll get lucky.
