Several motorists each day, all day long, make illegal U turns on the west side of Surratts Rd at Branch Ave. Heading south on Branch Ave, they will make the soft right turn and often stop suddenly in the acceleration lane, thus making all other traffic exiting onto Surratts screech to a stop. Then the offending motorist will cross the double yellow lines from the right lane, no less, to face east to save mere moments of THEIR precious lives to cross Branch Ave instead of waiting in the left turn lane on Branch Ave. I hope they all die in fiery crashes despite being right across the street from a hospital.
