When the city cleaned the lot, it suddenly become a dog poop spot, people walking dogs and leing them poop there without picking it up. As the weeds grew back over the poop, they stared putting bags and bags of trash at the lot and on the corner. The new people said the block captain tod them to do that, but the law says household trash is not supposed to be on the corner, only street rash on saturdays during block clean up. There is no sign for dog fines, and the cops that walk through the neighborhood don't even acknowledge theres a fine for dumping trash.
