i live at 1630 dallas ave and it is borderd by purvey ave or st, cant remember which it is. the city has abandoned this property and refuses to maintain their trees on this property and they are endangering my home. for years i have gone round and round with don mcsween and linda poissant over them masintaining these trees and they have always told me to file for abandonment and then myself and my neighbors can split the property. problem is you have to have agreement by all neighbors and the apartment behind me wont agree to it since the city has to maintain their section that the city paved. now they tell me that it doesnt exist and they dont own it which is wrong. they just dont want to be responsible for their own property. it is endangering my home and hangs directly over the bedrooms in my home therefor endangering my family. can you help please?
