for years I've asked the man that says he keeps this property or is the owner when asked he changes who he is a weed tree grows and is coming onto my side and other weed are growing which could break down my fence. he wont do anything about it, for years before i retired i've asked him and tried to cut it myself but now it is getting worse I asked him to allow me to cut things down he said he dont want anyone on the property can you help.
