Description
Group of homeless living in " old Maryville site" West side of street. Camped an lower alley way and entering building and fenced site. Very aggressive, be cautious when approaching. Increasing number wandering up and down Montrose to this location. The sooner this building goes the better. The phone numbers on who to call to report building issues are down, since the sale of the site. Can the new owner be informed of this dangerous situation. The route from Marine on Montrose to the Jewel is getting very dangerous ( if you are walking). It seems the right to invade private and public property and set up camp sites outweighs the the right of safety and public health of tax paying citizens. A very interesting concept in a city that has just increased property and other taxes in a significant amount.
