Description
77 Main Street aka Main Street and Hurley Ave, 23601, electrical panel is missing from the base of street light. Someone sliced the insulation parallel to the white wire not cutting through the copper but making bare a section of wire. The wire is hot aka carrying power and the street light works.
This needs to be repaired before someone touches it. Or it rains heavily and shorts it out, which is most likely what some low life wants to darken the street for a little car break in.
If this isn't a city problem, please report it to whoever aka Virginia Power?

You would think rereading the description you would understand the wires are hot aka working but the insulation is bare on the white wire. Just how much of a hazard do you think this is? How long has this ticket been ignored? What priority would you put on it? You would leave a bare wire how long in your home before repairing it, or at least unplugged it.?
