Next door to us there has been lots of construction going on. Recently they have added an ac unit outside and added one on their balcony. You'll see from the photos that the wires are coming from the roof of the balcony and are all exposed and running down along the house. I'm no electrician but this looks like a serious fire hazard and not to code. There is a lot of work being done to this house and it worries me what else they could be up to inside the house. This needs to be dealt with.
