I've made a similar complaint on the same issue elsewhere. When it involves a vehicle, it's a police (community standards) issue, and unfortunately there's no interface currently between A2 Fix It and the police. I've had good results calling them, usually it's voice mail: To file a community standards complaint, please call 734.794.6942, or email communitystandards@a2gov.org.

The Community Standards unit of the A2 Police enforces parking, and staff has the ability to issue parking citations for vehicles encroaching onto the public sidewalk.
