This property just went from bad to worse. All of the windows were boarded up with ugly uneven pieces of plywood. It looks like it belongs in an abandoned area of Detroit.
It's embarrassing to have this house in the neighborhood bringing everyone's property values down.
Is there anything else that can be done?

This house is still in terrible shape. It is bringing down our neighborhood. Why are the windows covered with boards? It looks like a haunted house.

last comment from the City is from 2015. This house is in a main entrance to Pines Village. Please look into what can be done.

Still no update. This house just needs to be demolished.

This house was just raided a month ago with drug dealing kids that broke into it.. I live two houses down and cant take it any more.. Someone also crashed their care into the fence on the property and it is still a big whole through the fence

Once again we all ask if something is being done about this eye sore! I saw a man sleeping in s blanket on the porch last Sunday at 6am! The city does not care about this part of Pines anymore!

This house was bought earlier this year. I had hopes the new owner would maintain it but it looks like it was bought by a corporation. It has been left to continue to rot. We have seen high school kids sneaking into this house. Who knows what goes on in there.
