There has been random garbage ready for bulk pickup in front of this house for months.
This has been reported and said it was fixed but it was not.
Please have garbage men pick up junk in front n of this abandoned house.
You dont need to give owner a citation, please have bulk pickip do thier job (doing a good one by the way, but they keep missing this house).

Althiugh i am glad its cleaned up, i am puzzled why you would give a citation to the owner?
Some random people placed some garbage in front of a boarded up home and garbage collection didnt pick it up...
Thats the sanitation crew that deserves a blight violation, not the owner.
It was at curb, ready for pickup!!!!
Please remove violation and admonish the sanitation crew!
