Old abandoned Car Tires and Building materials litter roadside. Sand & dirt has washed down under Railroad underpass, clogging storm drains that are small in size. If routine maintenance is not performed on a timely basis the new asphalt that has been laid will quickly degrade under the weight of the large truck traffic serving the Petro-Chemical Refineries operating 24 hours a day on Lawndale Road.
