The one way alley offJohnson has been used for drug activity and people always go the wrong way...yesterday I prevented a man from using the alley the wrong way only to be flipped off so I followed him and he parked in the other end of the alley which is clearly marked no parking upon telling this man its a one way no parking alley he flashes a badge...what kinda @#$% is that?
