Ann Arbor's seasonal compost collection program runs between April and December each year. For 2015, seasonal compost collection will begin Monday, March 30 and go through Friday, Dec. 4, with weekly pickups (from paper yard waste bags, compost carts and bundled brush) on normal solid waste collection days. During the winter, yard waste can be taken to Recycle Ann Arbor's Drop-Off Station (first yard is free, each additional yard is $14), or to The Compost Center ($15 per yard fee).
