In front (across street) from 9 Johnson Street is a utility (phone) box that is open with exposed data cables (yellow). it is about 15 ft above ground level. Please advise proper utility to come and close and lock this box. In addition, there is a hanging connection cable connection enclosed tube that gets hit by every truck that passes under it.
