Resident name: Donna Tracey. 1818 Park Rd NW. 202.498.1610. Someone illegally dumped trash in her rear yard. Please visit the location and try to look through the trash and ID the violator. Also call Ms Tracey after 10 am to let her know when you will arrive. Do not issue her a citation. Once investigation is complete please make arrangements to have trash picked up either by SACD OR DCRA.
