Tree at 231 8th St SE is leaning significantly and has pulled the sideway and tree box up as the result of the late June high wind storm. The concern is that it its shallow root system will fail to hold it up in the next heavy storm. It also suffered damage to its bark at that same time when the adjacent tree came down.
