the new property owner of 1010 15th ave south - which this is a vacant lot. continues to scrap mobile homes, junk and other things of value on the lot . this is not a commericial area. ive been in contact with codes several times regarding the issue. i will continue to document this issue as needed. I am in anyway trying to harrass the new owner , it just not right and he does not care about what it looks like and how it is affecting those residents around him. he is also living in tents on the property or he is allowing others to live on the property. please help
