Actually, the 17 year old kid who owns that car moved out of red house. He is temporarily staying at the house next door to where he parked the car.

Thank you for your SeeClickFix on January 2, 2016. Chief Holloway has asked me to respond directly to you regarding the abandoned vehicle in the 4700 block of Dartmouth Avenue North. The information you provided was forwarded to Community Service Sergeant Richard Hladik to investigate.

Sergeant Hladik reported that he assigned Officer Caran Patrick to investigate the Grey Mazda Miata which you advised broke down and was left abandoned. She stated she located the owner, who lives in the 4700 block of Dartmouth Avenue North. The vehicle is owned by the son of the resident. He stated his son is struggling to make ends meet, so the vehicle is in poor condition. The vehicle currently is not a violation as it is parked where it is legally registered. The tags are current, the vehicle runs and is properly parked.
