Roosters and chickens are out of control breeding and make noises at all hours. This is a residential area not farm land.

Code Ofc Valerie Spotts went out to 8201 NW 10 Street this morning (1/7/15 at approx. 9am) & did hear roosters/chickens but could not determine where the roosters/chickens were. She did leave a business card for the residents/occupants to contact her. If they do not contact her by Monday, she will go back out to the property early next week. Thank you! -jal
