Turning from west bound Cooley to south bound Hiller, left turn traffic light only two seconds. Recent. Turns green arrow for left then immediately yellow. I have lived here seven years, have never seen the left turn only so shortly timed. Traffic to make a left backed up to Cass Elizabeth.
