Thank you for mentioning this issue. After we finally received the new charging cords and fixed the core errors it seemed all was back to normal. A couple weeks later another driver tried to use the card reader with no success. We were able to confirm that the card reader is also malfunctioning but unfortunately it is integrated with the main unit and cannot be replaced without buying what amounts to an entirely new station. Since our history shows that the majority of charges are initiated with the app we decided to keep the station active while we decide what to do with our troublesome and expensive station. I apologize for the inconvenience and will likely not be buying another Leviton unit again!
