Will the City of Louisville do the right thing and pay for the medical bills that this lady, Lois M. received at the hand of negligence! Please someone help before someone else falls through these holes.

My injuries were terrible. Why would the city turn me down and count no responsibility?

The picture above was taken less than two weeks after the fall through the fountain holes. The first picture shows where surgery had to be done. Two months after the injury occurred a skin graft was done. This picture shows how the staph infection took hold. My family doctor sent me to the Wound Care Center where I was treated from July 3, 2012 to November 16, 2012.

We have been stuck with over $40,000.00 in medical expenses after pursuing a case against the City of Louisville. Over 50 lawyers have turned down the case due to complex immunity laws. Now we have to pay bills that will certainly burden us for years...and my wife's legs are still not healing correctly!

This fountain remains open to the public. Will the city of Louisville do the right thing and repair these holes before a death occurs. A small child could loose their life due to the design of this fountain. BEWARE!

When this fountain is operating you cannot see the open drain holes. Do not walk thru the spray of water!

Can we view a picture online showing the fountain was properly repaired? That will be a relief. It was my wife who was terribly injured at that fountain.

I do not know Lois, you would have to go to the site itself and see. All my job on here is to foward information to Metro Call to have the issues looked and and assessed.
