I am a 52 year old with debilitating arthritis. I still managed to shovel my yard only to get down to my steps leading to the sidewalk and discover the neighbors digging out cars have a mountain of snow in front of my property. i cannot get out my gate to shovel sidewalk. i will keep trying but would appreciate assistance with the mound of snow the neighbors put in front of my property
