Yes, those monitoring wells should be moved, they are very rough. When they recently did the station to the south of the one in question at least someone with the city was thinking. perhaps they fired the other guy that gave the go ahead to drill in the driving lane?? They drilled the recent monitoring wells on the boulevard in front of the old gas station.
I totally agree with the original posters observation on the speed bumps, they are not getting smoother and the snowplows will surely destroy them.

These are environmental monitoring wells and placement is likely specific to the montoring of particular flows away from the site in question.
