I like that idea. It would be a lot easier looking only to your right and left instead of behind and to the right. Much more safer!!!

I don't see this working with the heavier flow of traffic headed west from 13th to 12th.

Yes I agree with the heavier traffic going west. But its no different on any other busy road waiting to turn. Like I said when your at stop sign you have to wait for every car because you don't know if they are going straight or going to turn. Because most of them don't use blinker.
