This house was sold and noone has done anything to the yard. The neighbors cut it at the beginning. The grass and weed have taken over the flowerbed, the driveway. Front and back yard. Neighbors have called the city but nothing have happened. Have called several times. Mona would you come out and take a look at it? Also my sister liver in 400 block of Second across Joslyn and some hispanics have chicken and rooster. Is this legal? The rooster crows and wake everyone up. Can be seen from street. Neighbors have called about the chickens and rooster also. What is going on?
